The Viral Musician Vault is a digital education product: a library of curated short-form video references and content formats for independent musicians, plus optional add-ons (the "100 Ready-to-Post Hooks & Captions" and "The 30-Day Artist Content Calendar"). Access is delivered online through a private member area.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own use. You may not:
The video references inside the Vault link to third-party content owned by their respective creators; we curate and analyze them for educational purposes and do not claim ownership of those third-party videos.
The Service provides education and frameworks. We make no guarantee of specific results, views, followers, streams, or income. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, music, and many factors outside our control. Nothing here is professional, financial, or legal advice.
All payments are processed by Hotmart in U.S. dollars. Prices are shown at checkout. Optional order bumps and one-time offers are clearly presented before purchase and are charged only if you accept them.
Purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund through Hotmart Support, in accordance with Hotmart's buyer protection terms.
Access is granted to the email used at checkout via a secure login link. You are responsible for keeping your access private. We may revoke access in cases of refund, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.
All original content, copy, structure, and branding of the Service are owned by us and protected by applicable law. The license in Section 2 does not transfer any ownership to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
